Separated solid fraction
- The reuse of the solid fraction of the slurry generated by the farm is sanitazed and becomes suitable and healthy for animal bedding.
- Using slurry separation,you achieve up to 30-40% of dry matter in the solid fraction.
- The quantity of solid needed for bedding it is piled on an esplanade where there are air injectors PVC pipes.
- The sanitation consist on raising the temperature to a thermophilic regime, reaching 70ºC and desinfect the solid fraction through an exothermic microbiological process in 5 days.
